Senior Principal Investigator, Biology Aro Biotherapeutics
Kate Palozola, PhD, is a Senior Principal Investigator in Biology at Aro Biotherapeutics, where she leads discovery biology efforts supporting the development of targeted RNAi therapeutics. Her work focuses on siRNA biology, targeted delivery, and the preclinical evaluation of RNAi therapeutics across multiple disease areas.
Kate received her PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and completed postdoctoral training in AAV gene therapy and neuroepigenetics before joining Aro in 2022. Her research experience spans RNA biology, gene regulation, transcriptomics, and preclinical therapeutic development.
