Eamon Comer

Eamon Comer is a Senior Director of Discovery Chemistry at Judo Bio, where his work focuses on designing ligands and linkers for the delivery of oligonucleotide therapeutics to the kidney. His background spans small-molecule drug discovery, molecular glues, targeted protein degradation, and RNAi. He spent much of his career at the Broad Institute, where he led a malaria drug discovery program funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. His research contributions include discovering a novel antimalarial mechanism of action and helping elucidate the molecular glue mechanism of lenalidomide. He has also held positions at Kymera, leading molecular glue and PROTAC programs, and at Epizyme, developing small-molecule inhibitors. He holds a Ph.D. in total synthesis from the National University of Ireland.
